We offer a large selection of canapés ideal for your guests to enjoy whilst taking pre-reception drinks on the front lawn.
Set Menus
All functions must select at least three courses excluding coffee and all guests must have the same menu with the exception of those with specific dietary requirements.
Menu 1 - £31.35 per person
- Selection of freshly baked bread
- Turret of galia melon topped with fruits and steeped in brandy and midori served with a citrus sorbet
- Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, flavoured with tarragon, garlic and lemon and served with savoy cabbage and fondant potato
- Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla pod ice-cream

Menu 2 - £31.90 per person
- Selection of freshly baked bread
- A pressed terrine of chicken and woodland mushrooms studded with a mixture of soft herbs and served with a light salad plouche and Madeira vinaigrette
- Poached fillet of salmon served on a bed of braised leeks and spinachfinished with a champagne cream sauce
- Poached fruit pudding served with a light crème chantilly

Menu 3 - £34.10 per person
- Selection of freshly baked bread
- A warm salad of egg tagliatelle tossed with Provencal vegetables and leeks and finished with a tomato sauce glazed with cheese
- Traditional lamb and leek sausages sat upon a bed of minted mash with roasted root vegetables
- Lemon and lime tart, served on raspberry coulis and caramelised lemon zest

Menu 4 - £35.75 per person
- Selection of freshly baked bread
- A pressed terrine of smoked salmon, poached salmon and sweet peppers, served with a plouche of salad leaves finished with a lemon and herb vinaigrette
- Traditional roast sirloin of beef served with a Yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce and red wine pan gravy
- Triple chocolate mousse- dark, white and milk served with a white chocolate sauce

Menu 5 - £35.75 per person
- Selection of freshly baked bread
- A mille feuille of smoked salmon roulade with a tomato, red onion and sweetcorn salsa and a blended green herb vinaigrette
- Slowly roasted crispy half duckling presented upon a light onion marmalade and orange gravy
- Poached pear cooked in ginger and almond syrup and accompanied by a brandy snap basked of vanilla ice cream

Menu 6 - £36.30 per person
- Selection of freshly baked bread
- A salad of smoked chicken and smoked duck mixed with crisp Cajun scented croutons and mangetout finished with a delicate grain mustard dressing
- Roast fillet of sea bass with a crust of black olives and herbs, accompanied by roast Mediterranean vegetables and coulis of sweet red peppers
- Caramelised apple tatin with a caramel sauce served simply with vanilla pod ice cream

Menu 7 - £36.85 per person
- Selection of freshly baked bread
- Smoked salmon and mackerel parfait with beetroot compote
- Pan-fried fillet of beef complemented by a Madeira wine and wild mushroom sauce, garnished with honey roasted garlic and shallots - Chef cooks this dish pink

- Roast prime sirloin of Welsh beef, presented upon a truffle-scented mash, boudin of wild mushrooms and tarragon infused jus £20.00
- Roast Saddle of Welsh Lamb, filled with a walnut and spinach stuffing and enhanced by a light tomato and garlic jus, presented upon a bed of minted mash £18.65
