  • Courgette, rosemary & goats cheese soup
  • Tian of smoked salmon and marinated prawns accompanied by an orgy of citrus fruits with a caviar dressing
  • Wild mushroom and chicken terrine sat upon a coriander and tomato salad, dressed with a Port and Madeira vinaigrette

  • Pan fried fillet of beef, fondant potato, garnished with roasted garlic, shallots and a rich red wine jus
  • Fillet of cod with a soft herb crust sat upon a smoked haddock brandade and a dill butter sauce
  • Poached breast of chicken stuffed with a tarragon mousseline, wrapped in Parma ham, crushed garlic potatoes and creamed savoy cabbage
